4. Merchant Submissions

If you submit a deal or promo code as a merchant or business, you agree that:

• •The deal does not violate any laws or regulations
• •ProDeals reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any submission at our discretion
• •Free basic listings do not guarantee placement, visibility, or timing
• •You grant ProDeals a non-exclusive license to display your deal information on our platform

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ProDeals to:

• •Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our team
• •Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• •Manipulate our AI assistant for malicious purposes

6. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Some links on ProDeals may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking through our links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we feature or recommend. We strive to only recommend genuine deals that provide real value.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ProDeals — including the AI assistant, design, logos, and code — is owned by ProDeals or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Deal information submitted by merchants remains the property of the submitting business.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProDeals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost savings, missed deals, or reliance on inaccurate deal information. Our total liability to you shall not exceed CAD $100.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of ProDeals after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
